Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information AutoYield LLC ("AutoYield," "we") collects through autoyieldiq.com and the AutoYield app, and how we use it.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: username, password (stored only as a secure hash), business name and email address.
- Billing information: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, business name, billing address and subscription status, but not your full card number.
- Deal information you enter: figures such as vehicle value, price, rate, term, products and any customer names or notes you choose to type in.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, login times and server logs used for security and troubleshooting.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, manage accounts and billing, respond to support requests, send service and billing messages, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use deal information for advertising.
3. Cookies
We use a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help run AutoYield, under confidentiality obligations: Stripe (payments), Render (hosting and data storage) and Google Workspace (business email). We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
5. Security
We use HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected customers of a breach as required by law.
6. Retention
We keep account and deal information while your account is active and for up to 30 days after it closes, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Billing and tax records are kept as long as the law requires.
7. Consumer information in deal data
When a dealer or lender enters information about its own customers, that business controls that information and is responsible for its notices and consents. We process it only on the business's behalf to provide the Service. Please avoid entering Social Security numbers, account numbers or credit reports.
8. Your choices
You can view and update your account details, and ask us to access, correct, export or delete your information by emailing info@autoyieldiq.com. The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.
9. Changes
We will post any changes here and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced by email or in the Service.
